” The audit that Seb and his team provided to a new customer of ours was nothing short of brilliant.
It contained everything we needed to fully understand the customers AV estate and take over the maintenance support of their AV systems. As the equipment was not installed by us it was imperative we obtained all the configuration files, checked drawings, verified the kit list, checked firmware versions, created IP schedule, and tested all the of the systems before the new contract could commence.
After the audit was completed, we were provided an information pack including a detailed list of issues found and any customers requirements obtained during the visit and what the next steps should be.
